fall down - 넘어지다 

ex) He looks like he falls down. 

look like S + V - 처럼보인다.

ex) 

You look like you like coffee. 

You look like you study English hard. 

You look like you are genius. 

You look like you are smart. 

smart - 똑똑한 vs clever - 영리한 (일 재주가 좋고 좀 뭐랄까 잔머리가 좋은 그런 느낌)

ex)
